History
Bakumba Expert Firm & Consulting is a Simplified Joint Stock Company undergoing a revival dynamic since May 2024, following its Extraordinary General Assembly held in Kinshasa ā Democratic Republic of Congo on April 9, 2024. The firm's roots go further back, to March 31, 2012, when one of its shareholders (promoter) founded a Professional Civil Company (S.C.P) called āDS Congo Consultā, which specialized in placing night security personnel, providing tax advisory services, and customs representation on behalf of importers in accordance with Articles 115 and 116 of the Customs Code. This consulting firm operated alongside the law office bearing the name āBakumba Law Firmā until 2018, when through one of its shareholders, a regular Simplified Sole Shareholder Company was created under the name āGroupe Hans Is Consultingā. This company did not thrive due to the multiple responsibilities entrusted to its promoter within the Government of the Republic and in the boards of several public and private companies, in addition to his traditional tasks as a practicing lawyer. Relaunched in April 2024, this company is the result of a distinguished career and extensive experience in various sectors of its founder's life. His mission is to build, at the heart of the Democratic Republic of Congo, a renowned and multi-skilled international firm whose social goals support public authorities in improving human living conditions in general, and those of Congolese citizens in particular. It also aims to support all economic operators working within the national territory by ensuring their activities are carried out with legality and required managerial technicality.
